Seed Studio develops and publishes social games for the web and mobile. In this policy, "Seed Studio" refers to Seed Studio Inc. and the companies it owns or controls, which include subsidiaries and other corporate entities under common ownership. We may also refer to Seed Studio as "We" or "Us".

We will also update the "Last Updated Date" in the Privacy Policy. We Collect Personal Information and Non-Identifying Information

In the course of using our Services, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information includes to, your name, phone number, photo representation ("avatar"), Device ID, e-mail address, mailing address and the specified information described in” Location-Based Services”,” Customer Support Correspondence”, “SMS Notifications, Push Notifications & Local Notifications“ and “Technical and Usage Information” below ("Personal Information"). We will collect, use, transfer and disclose Personal Information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We also collect non-personal information, which is data in a form that does not permit direct association with you or any specific individual ("Non-Identifying Information"). Non-Identifying Information is aggregated and used to help improve our Services and third party mobile applications by providing a better way to understand the Seed Studio User experience with the level of interest in various portions of our Sites, specific Seed Studio Applications or specific third-party mobile applications. We may collect, use, transfer and disclose Non-Identifying Information for any purpose; details provided in this Privacy Policy about what Non-Identifying Information we collect currently, and how we use, transfer and disclose such Non-Identifying Information concern only how such information is collected and used today.

Both Personal Information and Non-Identifying Information may be used alone or in the aggregate with information collected from other Seed Studio Users. Our primary objective in collecting any Personal Information or Non-Identifying Information is to provide you with a superior and personally relevant user experience.

The purposes of our collection and how we use your Personal Information

In general, We collect, store and use your information for the general purpose to provide you with a safe, smooth, efficient, and customized experience. The Personal Information We collect will be used for specific purposes include: marketing business, customer management and services, information communication services, advertising and business conduct management, and the content of such purposes include but is not limited to:

to create your game accounts and allow play of our games
to identify and suggest connections with other Seed Studio users
to enable user-to-user communications
to provide technical support and respond to user inquiries
to prevent fraud or potentially illegal activities, and enforce our Terms of Service
to deliver and target advertising
to notify users of in-game updates
to provide in-game leader boards and promote in-game player achievements
to solicit input and feedback to improve Seed Studio products and services and customize your user experience

We will use your Personal Information in a reasonable way within the scopes of the purposes above. To use your Personal Information beyond the purposes above, your separately agreement of such use will be required.

We may use or share your Personal information with Strategic Partners (as defined below) for marketing, promoting or advertising purposes and you may receive such information from time to time. Except for the information or communications related to our Service (including but not limiting to the” Links to Other Websites and Services” as below), if you decline to continue receive such information or communications, please feel free to contact us or follow the unsubscribe instructions provided in the relevant communications.

One important use of your information is communication. If you have provided your e-mail address to Us, We'll use it to respond to (i) customer support inquiries, and (ii) keep you informed of your in-game activity, including comments from friends, notifications about in-game status such as "crops ready" as well as notifications of gift and neighbor requests. Some messages, such as the invitation from your friends to join the game, may include your name and profile photo. Each promotional communication will generally offer recipients choices about receiving additional messages.

Location-Based Services

For location-based Services, we may collect, use, and share precise location data, including the real-time geographic location of your computer or mobile device. Unless you explicitly opt-in to permit the use and sharing of your Personal Information regarding your geographic location, your location data will only be collected and used anonymously in a form that does not personally identify you. When you opt-in to third party mobile application providers’ location services, we will share your geographic location with such third party mobile application providers in connection with their location services. Please note that some location-based services may require your Personal Information for the feature to work as intended.

Customer Support Correspondence

When you ask for assistance from our Customer Support team, We will collect and store the contact information you provide (generally your name and e-mail address), information about your game play or activity on the Service, and your user ID number. We will also store the correspondence and any information contained within.

Push Notifications & Local Notifications

With your consent We may send push notifications to your mobile device to provide game updates and other relevant messages. You can manage push notifications from the “options” or “settings” page within the relevant game. You may also be able to manage them from your device’s settings page for the relevant game.

Technical and Usage Information

When you access our websites or play our games, We collect (i) certain technical information about your mobile device or computer system, including MAC Address, IP Address and mobile device ID; and (ii) usage statistics about your interactions with the Service. Some of the cookies the Service places on your computer are linked to your user ID number(s).

Our Services are not intended for children under the age of 14 ("children") and we do not knowingly collect any Personal Information from children. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected Personal Information from children, we will take all reasonable measures to delete such information from our systems and records as soon as possible.

We make good faith efforts to provide you with access so you can request to inquire, review or get the copies of your Personal Information, to correct or supplement the data if it is inaccurate or to delete the data if We are not required to retain it by law or for legitimate business purposes. We may decline to process requests that are unreasonably repetitive, require disproportionate technical effort, jeopardize the privacy of others, are extremely impractical, or for which access is not otherwise required by law.

How We Protect Your Personal Information

We take your privacy very seriously and employ administrative, physical and electronic measures to safeguard your information from identity theft and unauthorized access. We do not and will not, at any time, request your credit card information, your account ID, login password or national identification numbers in a non-secure or unsolicited communication (e.g. via e-mail, telephone, mobile device).

Our Services may contain links to other websites and online services or offers from third parties. For example, our Services may include offers from third party advertisers or the ability to engage in transactions with such entities. If a Seed user with an account chooses to participate in offer-linked information requests or "clicks on" an advertisement or another third party link, such Seed user may be directed to that third party’s website or service and/or be prompted to provide Personal Information in connection with such activity.

The fact that we link to a third party website or service is not an endorsement or representation of our affiliation with that third party, nor is it an endorsement of such third party’s privacy or information security policies or practices or their compliance with laws. We do not exercise control over third party websites or services. These other websites or services may place their own cookies or other files on your computer or mobile devices, collect data or solicit personal information from you. Other websites and services follow different rules regarding the use or disclosure of the personal information you submit to them. You agree that Seed is not responsible for, nor will it be liable to you or any third party for, your interaction with such third parties or the information requests initiated by such third parties or the subsequent use, treatment or dissemination of the information you voluntarily choose to provide to them.

Use as a Non-Registered User

In certain Seed Studio Applications, a Seed Studio User may participate as a non-registered Seed Studio User through optional registration. This allows a Seed Studio User to play the game in a limited capacity. Seed Studio does not collect any Personal Information or Non-personal information, other than Device ID, for non-registered users. Seed Studio cannot and does not ensure the preservation of game data that is associated with any non-registered account
